We all have our down days where we are feeling anything but body confident and need a good mentality boost, but how do we do it?
Below I'm sharing some tips on how I personally make myself feel better on those gloomy days where I'm really not feeling myself.
Little disclaimer first... Everything listed below is not something you have to do to be considered sexy by society or by anyone other than yourself. Everybody has different ways of felling good about themselves and this isn't a set of rules. This is just personal to myself and bonus is, none of these require a man and not all are materialistic, so just enjoy. Don't take this post too seriously, it's just a bit of fun :)
Treat yourself
Go to town and treat yourself to something fancy! Why not grab yourself some sexy lingerie. Not to show anyone, but to wear for you and you only. There's something that makes you feel good when you have nice flattering matching underwear.

Confidence to try something new
Have the confidence to wear a more 'out there' outfit and feel good in yourself. My opinion is that anyone can look good in anything as long as they have the confidence to wear it. I swear by that view on fashion. Buy something you wouldn't usually buy...don't forget you can always try things on in the fitting rooms first! My friends and I used to go into town and pick outfits for each other that we wouldn't usually see that person wearing and I discovered so many lovely outfits thanks to my friends. Why not do something similar and the compliments will come rolling in and give you a confidence boost.

Do your hair and makeup and maybe apply some fake tan? I'm not a huge fan of fake tanning but we all have to admit, there is something about having a tan that instantly makes us feel better. I do my best to embrace my pale skin but if given the choice I'd certainly choose to be more tanned, we all just look so much healthier. Plus it's slimming so if you want to shed a few pounds, a tan can work wonders for that illusion. Plus we all feel better once we're dolled up, there's no denying that!

Exfoliate, shave and moisturise. Take care of your body, give yourself a pamper evening. I'm not saying you have to do any of this to automatically be sexy but when I do have the energy to shave my legs, (a rare occurrence), I feel 1000% sexier. Like the women off the 'I'm your venus' adverts.

Nails
Do your nails. I very rarely do my nails but when I do, I feel so much better! I find myself constantly looking at my hands thinking 'aw pretty'. Even better, go and get them done somewhere, you'll feel happy that you took some time to yourself and had a little treat.

Dance to music. This sounds silly but just have faith, nothing makes me feel sexier than dancing round my flat naked, singing at the top of my lungs and dancing like an absolute loon in front of the mirror. Like, in that moment, I believe I am Beyonce. No kidding.
Be a boss

Work hard. In my eyes, being hard working is a very attractive trait. I always feel really good in myself when I've had a productive day. People notice hard work and that always makes you feel more positive about yourself.

Have a drink. Lets be honest, we all feel like an absolute goddess after a few vodkas. We think we're sex on legs until we think back the next morning. It's a risky game but a quick fix!

Put some affirmation notes on your mirror. This is where you write down all your best features. Maybe you like your curves, or the way your hair looks when it's freshly washed. Write these things down and place them on your mirror. That way, when you're having a down day, you can see the notes and use them as a reminder for what an absolute queen you are.

Exercise
Exercise releases endorphins and makes us feel really good. You know that feeling when you've done one jog for 5 minutes but you're convinced the next day that your body has changed overnight even though realistically it definitely hasn't? WHO CARES. Use that placebo and work it.

Great post - I think these are all awesome ways to embrace the sexier side :) My personal favorite is to get super dressed up for absolutely no reason. It's fun to treat yourself like a princess every once in awhile!

Whenever I take the time to fill in my eyebrows, wear my high-waist jeans and rock my afro, along with some self-love phrases, I feel so powerful😁♥️
